OmniTRAX, Inc., published a full-page ad in The Record newspaper in Stockton, California describing new business opportunities for the Stockton Terminal & Eastern Railroad - and honoring the legacy of Tom Beard, the ST&E owner who passed away in July after overseeing and approving the transfer of management of his railroad to OmniTRAX.
"Our mission is to exceed customer expectations, provide the highest quality of service and build partnerships in Stockton," read the open letter, signed by Will Metcalf, OmniTRAX V.P. of business development, and Alex Yeros, OmniTRAX chief investment officer.
An estimated 35,000 copies of the October 25, 2011, newspaper were distributed, including the advertisement, headlined, "A legacy of service delivered by rail."
