John E. Fenton - President and Chief Executive Officer
 John Fenton is the President and Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of OmniTRAX, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Fenton was most recently employed by Waste Management Inc., a Fortune 200 Company, as its Vice President of Service Design and Delivery. While at Waste Management, John played a key role in significantly improving the company's safety performance, as well as the company's troubled operations in Canada and Florida.
John’s 20 year railroad career includes holding positions as Vice President/General Manager for Canadian National (CN) and Vice President of Transportation for the Kansas City Southern (KCS).
He also held management and operations positions with the Santa Fe Railway.
Larry W. Bush - Chief Financial Officer
 Mr. Bush is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Larry brings with him more than 20 years of progressive experience in the Railroad Industry and Public Accounting.
Larry was Vice President and Treasurer at RailAmerica in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to this position Larry held other senior roles at RailAmerica including Vice President and Controller. Previous to that he worked in Public Accounting with his last position being Audit Manager for Coopers and Lybrand. Larry is a graduate of Siena College (New York) with a BBA in Accounting and attended graduate studies in accounting at St. Thomas University (Florida). Larry earned his CPA License in Florida and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Public Accountants.
Steve Hefley - Senior Vice President of Operations
 Steve Hefley is the Senior Vice President of Operations and is responsible for all aspects of the railroad operations. Steve will be responsible for safety, business improvement, engineering, customer service, mechanical services and service design.
Steve brings with him a wealth of experience in the railway industry where he started as a Switchman and over the years served in progressive positions such as Yardmaster, Trainmaster, Terminal Superintendent, Divisional Superintendent, General Director Safety and Health, VP Business Unit Operations/Marketing, Chief Transportation-Network Services and VP Business Process Implementation.
Eric Armstrong - Senior Vice President of Business Development
 Eric Armstrong's railroad career began as President of the Horst Company in 1981 as a manufacturers’ representative specializing in locomotives, locomotive parts, and rail and track materials. After being acquired by General Electric (GE) in 2001, Eric gained the responsibility for managing all locomotive parts accounts for the Union Pacific and OmniTRAX within GE’s Transportation Systems Rail Division. During his tenure with GE, Eric completed Six Sigma Black Belt certification in quality practices.
After joining OmniTRAX in 2005 as Executive Vice President of Mechanical, Eric was responsible for running the locomotive service operations in the Gulf region and overseeing the start up of Loveland Locomotive Works (LLW), in Loveland CO. Eric was promoted to the Senior Vice President, Business
Development in October 2007, and is responsible for all aspects of OmniTRAX Marketing and Sales Department.
Michael J. Ogborn - Managing Director
 As Managing Director, Michael Ogborn is responsible for government relations, labor relations, public relations, and administrative matters for the company. He serves on the acquisitions team and has participated in every one of the OmniTRAX acquisitions. Mr. Ogborn is also responsible for the negotiation of the purchase and sale agreements concerning acquisitions or dispositions and other commercial matters.
Mike is active in the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association, serving on its Board of Directors as Regional Vice President of the Central Region and on its Executive Committee as Vice Chairman. He is also the President of the Churchill Gateway Development Corporation, a public/private partnership established with the Governments of Manitoba, Canada, and OmniTRAX and serves on the Manitoba Intercontinental Gateway Council. He previously served in various management capacities. Mike has a BA and a JD from the University of South Dakota.
Avery Grimes - Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning
 Avery Grimes is the Senior Vice President Strategic Planning and is responsible for strategic planning including yield management, process development, long-range planning and acquisition efforts.
Avery has worked 33 years in the rail industry and has held various positions in transportation, engineering, service design and business development. His former railroad employers include Missouri Pacific, Union Pacific and Kansas City Southern. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in engineering and a doctorate in railroad engineering and economics.
Oliver Cromwell - Regional Vice President, South
 Mr. Cromwell is Regional Vice President South responsible for seven shortline railroad operations and three switching operations.
Oliver has over 35 years of experience in railroad operations, all of which was with the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR). While at Union Pacific Oliver held various positions in Operations including Crew Management Director, Director of Train Management, Director of Transportation Services, Senior Director of Transportation, Superintendent Minneapolis/St Paul and most recently, General Superintendent Los Angeles.
Dan Smith- Executive Vice President, Mechanical
 Dan Smith began his career on the Illinois Central in February, 1973 serving in various positions including Electrician, Line Supervisor, Relief General Foreman, Quality Control and Project Manager. In 1987, Dan was chosen to participate in the start-up efforts of Montana Rail Link and Livingston Rebuild Center in Livingston, Montana. Dan’s responsibilities included training, shop layout design, equipment planning, staffing, procedural documentation and design of their rebuild locomotive fleet. In 1995, he accepted an opportunity to continue in the motive power microprocessor industry and became General Manager – U.S. Operations for Q-Tron, Ltd. responsible for establishing their sales and component repair operations for the U.S. market.
Returning to rail service in 1997, Dan joined Watco Companies and served as Asst. Chief Mechanical Officer, CMO and General Director Engineering for ten years until February of 2007 when he joined OmniTRAX, Inc. as Executive Vice President, Mechanical.
Kendall F. Koff - Vice President and Chief Engineer
 Ken Koff serves as Vice President and Chief Engineer and is responsible for directing and overseeing all maintenance and engineering activities for OmniTRAX.
Ken brings over 31 years of railroad experience to his position. He began his railroad career in 1975 with the Engineering Department with the Chicago & Northwestern Transportation Company. His experience includes positions within Class I railroads, Regional and Shortline Railroads, and Commuter Rail Operations. Ken has served in a number of management positions during his career including Roadmaster, Engineer Track & Structures, Project Engineer, Engineer of Track – System, Chief Engineer, Vice President Engineering, and Vice President of Operations.
Rick Pennington - Vice President, Operations
 Mr. Pennington is the Vice President of Network Services and is responsible for the Customer Service Center along with Service Design for OmniTRAX, Inc. Rick has over 33 years experience in the Class I railroad industry; his recent position being Terminal Superintendent of the Gulf Division in Houston, Texas for the Burlington, Northern, Santa Fe Railway (BNSF).
Rick was also Terminal Superintendent for the BNSF in Kansas City, Fort Worth, and Tulsa, and held various other positions in St Louis, Fort Worth and Barstow. Rick also held numerous craft and management positions over his 21 year tenure with the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) in North Little Rock, AR and Houston, TX.
Jeff Monahan - Vice President, Labor Relations
 Jeff Monahan is responsible for handling labor relations matters for the OmniTRAX managed companies that have labor unions. This involves negotiation, interpretation and administration of labor contracts and on going interaction with union representatives. Mr. Monahan also manages all human resource functions for OmniTRAX.
Mr. Monahan has over 25 years of experience in labor relations and human resources in the railroad industry. Jeff was most recently Vice President of Labor Relations with James. M. Harrell and associates, a labor relations and human resources consulting firm located in Chicago. Jeff has held management positions in labor relations with Union Pacific Railroad, Illinois Central and Canadian National. He holds a Bachelors degree and MBA from Portland State University.
JR Sampson - Vice President, Safety & Rules
 JR Sampson is the Vice President, Safety & Rules for OmniTRAX, Inc. JR began his railroad career with the Missouri Pacific (MP) in 1976, in Carthage, MO. as a brakeman and continued to work for the MP through its merger with the Union Pacific (UP) until 1988.
Since 1988, JR has worked in the shortline industry beginning with RailTex as a Trainman, Trainmaster, Rules Trainer, and ultimately, Manager of Rules and Training. JR then moved on to RailAmerica as Director of Safety and Operating Practices.
JR joined OmniTRAX in 2004 as Director, Safety and Operating Practices and in 2007, was named Vice President, Safety & Rules.
