Education/Experience:

Knowledge of HR metrics and ability to assess and implement long-term goals and balance against short and intermediate-term needs of client business groups.
Ability to benchmark, measure, analyze and articulate the value of HR initiatives, practices and policies.
Experience in advising management on employment issues.
Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations. Knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial labor/employment laws would be a plus.
Experience with a multi-site company with union and union-free environments preferred.
Ability to complete high-volume workload, meet critical deadlines and work through changing priorities with confidence/enthusiasm. Commitment to excellence and high standards with a strong sense of self-accountability.
Ability to travel and accommodate extended work hours to support business needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
