Gary R. Long // President/Chief Executive Officer
Gary R. Long President/Chief Executive Officer Mr. Gary Long is the President & Chief Executive Officer for OmniTRAX, Inc. Gary has overall responsibility for OmniTRAX, Inc. and the companies under its management.
Gary comes to OmniTRAX with extensive transportation and logistics expertise within the marine, port, rail, and truck supply chains. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President – Commercial and Supply Chain Management for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics. Prior to that role, Gary was the President & Chief Operating Officer for its Distribution Auto Services subsidiary. Additionally, he held executive positions with AMLI Holdings, Inc., Allied Holdings/Axis Group and Norfolk Southern Corporation. Gary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Virginia Tech.

Larry W. Bush // Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Larry W. Bush Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer Mr. Larry Bush is Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of OmniTRAX. Since his hire in early 2007, Larry has served as the top financial advisor for the organization. He directly oversees all financial aspects of the company, including accounting practices, budget preparation and performance, financial planning and reporting, tax/audit/treasury, as well as information technology, procurement, and risk management functions. He is directly responsible for proactively building positive banking relationships with key creditors and analyzing opportunities for expansion and growth through potential mergers/acquisitions. Larry brings with him 25 years of progressive experience in the railroad industry and public accounting.
Larry was Vice President and Treasurer at RailAmerica in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to this position, Larry held other senior financial roles at RailAmerica, including Vice President and Controller. Previous to that, he worked in public accounting with his last position being Audit Manager for Coopers and Lybrand. Larry is a graduate of Siena College (New York) with a BBA in Accounting and attended graduate studies in accounting at St. Thomas University (Florida). Larry earned his CPA License in Florida.

Darcy Brede // Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Darcy Brede Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer Mr. Darcy Brede serves as Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of OmniTRAX and directly manages operations for the OmniTRAX organization and its managed companies in the U.S. and Canada, terminal services, equipment services, and switching services. Darcy holds full responsibility for the financial performance, team development, labor relations, and safe operating environments.
Darcy brings over 20 years of experience in the railroad industry. Darcy started his career with BC Rail where he held several positions including Director of Network Operations, Area Manager and Terminal Manager. Within OmniTRAX, Darcy has held the roles of General Manager, Regional Vice President and Executive Vice President of Operations. Darcy graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BA in History and Literature, and earned his MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

Michael W. Peters // Senior Vice President/Chief Commercial Officer
Michael W. Peters Senior Vice President/Chief Commercial Officer As Senior Vice President/Chief Commercial Officer of OmniTRAX, Mike has overall responsibility for marketing, field sales, customer service, industrial and business development, and railroad real estate for OmniTRAX and the companies it manages.
Mike has more than 20 years experience in supply chain roles, including positions in industrial development, supply chain/logistics consulting, and transportation management. Prior to joining OmniTRAX, Mike spent six years with ProLogis where he led the National Accounts program for the Western U.S. and managed their ProLogis Solutions group. Mike gained additional leadership and commercial experience in senior roles with Level 3 Communications, Coors Brewing Company, Mercer Management Consulting, and Caterpillar Logistics Services.
Mike graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he earned a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Alex Yeros // Executive Vice President/Chief Investment Officer
Alex Yeros Executive Vice President/Chief Investment Officer Alex Yeros is Executive Vice President/Chief Investment Officer of OmniTRAX and is a member of its senior leadership team. Mr. Yeros has been with OmniTRAX since its inception and has been integral to its growth through his involvement in the acquisition of several railroad companies, the start-up the company’s logistics business, as well as marketing and industrial development along OmniTRAX’s rail system. Mr. Yeros is responsible for leading the strategic growth of OmniTRAX through the attraction of new industries, acquisition of railroads and rail-related businesses, and partnering with OmniTRAX’s customers on synergistic investments.
Mr. Yeros is also a member of The Broe Group executive management team as its Vice President and Managing Director. He has been with The Broe Group for over 20 years in positions of increasing responsibility throughout its portfolio companies. He is responsible for identifying new investment and business development opportunities for The Broe Group, including sourcing, marketing, financial analysis, and due diligence activities. Mr. Yeros has been involved in the acquisition of office and industrial properties, the establishment of distribution centers and freight terminals, the development of industrial parks, as well as water rights and mineral rights transactions. Mr. Yeros has a Masters of International Management and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. Prior to joining The Broe Group, he worked for 3M and a Wall Street-based investment and securities firm.

Michael J. Ogborn // Managing Director
Michael J. Ogborn Managing Director Michael Ogborn serves at the Managing Director of OmniTRAX as part of the senior leadership team, primarily responsible for government relations and public relations for OmniTRAX and the railroad, terminal, and transportation companies OmniTRAX manages. He serves on the acquisitions team, is the senior advisor on labor relations matters, and serves on the negotiating team. He has been with OmniTRAX since 1991.
Mike is the President of the Churchill Gateway Development Corporation, a public/private partnership established with the Governments of Manitoba, Canada, and OmniTRAX, and is a gubernatorial appointee on the Colorado Freight Advisory Council and the Colorado Interim Transit and Rail Committee. He is active in the ASLRRA currently serving a three year term as the Chairman of the Association. He serves on the Union Pacific Short Line Advisory Group as chair. The Chairman of the Surface Transportation Board has appointed Mike to be one of four voting members of the Rail-Shipper Transportation Advisory Council, which advises the STB, DOT and Congress on transportation policies, legislation, and regulations. He previously served in various management capacities.
Mike holds a BA and a JD from the University of South Dakota.

Brad Chase // President, OmniTRAX Canada
Brad Chase President, OmniTRAX Canada
Brad has more than 20 years of experience within
the transportation and logistics industries.
For the past 10 years, Brad worked for Kleysen Group, LP based in
Winnipeg, MB, a company handling commodities throughout the United States and
Canada via rail and truck transportation.
Brad joined Kleysen Group in 2001 to lead the Intermodal Business unit
and assumed Flat Deck and Transload businesses.
As Senior Vice President, he was responsible for strategic planning and
business development and was instrumental in the company’s growth. Prior to Kleysen, Brad held the role of Group
Vice President, Business Development with Associates Fleet Services, a CITI
Company. Brad gained additional
leadership and transportation knowledge from Purolater Courier Limited, Carlyle
Computer Products and Cleanair of Manitoba.
Brad graduated from Red River Community College
in Winnipeg, MB, receiving his Business Administration Diploma.

Kimberley MacMillan // Vice President of Human Resources
Kimberley MacMillan Vice President of Human Resources Kimberley MacMillan is Vice President of Human Resources with direct responsibility for all human resources, benefits, and payroll activities within OmniTRAX.
Ms. MacMillan has 20 years of professional human resources experience in the banking, consumer products, and industrial gas industries, supporting large operating and sales regions within such organizations as Kraft Foods and Praxair. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Virginia Tech. Kimberley is dedicated to developing and aligning the services and programs within her area of responsibility to better serve the associates of OmniTRAX and the companies it manages and the company's growing business needs.

Andy Engeman // General Counsel
Andy Engeman General Counsel Andy Engeman serves as General Counsel of OmniTRAX, Inc. and directly advises the senior management team on all legal matters. Andy and his team are responsible for defending all litigated claims against the OmniTRAX managed companies, developing and enforcing contractual and corporate documents, and managing all outside counsel.
Since joining the organization in 2004 as Associate General Counsel, Andy has managed litigation for and the companies it manages OmniTRAX in such varied fields as energy, medical device manufacturing, retirement communities, and commercial real estate. Formerly, Andy was a trial attorney specializing in medical malpractice defense, and has been a staff attorney with various insurance house-counsel operations.
After receiving bachelor degrees in Journalism and Business from the University of Colorado, Andy earned his JD from the University of Denver where he was a member of the Law Review. He is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and is a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, as well as the American Short Line & Regional Railroad Association, where he is the Vice-Chair of the General Counsel Committee.
